Two Ashland Police Promotions, Deputy Chief

Last night, August 7th, Chief Rossi and Town Manager Michael Herbert were excited to promote two outstanding individuals in the Ashland Police Department in front of family and friends. Officer Ryan Puzzo was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. And Michael Vinciulla was promoted to the rank of Deputy Chief.

Michael Herbert said, “For over ten years (slightly less for Ryan), I have had a front row seat watching them work hard and take on new assignments not just to advance their careers but advance the goals of the Ashland Police Department and policing in general. We are lucky to have such an outstanding Police Department with talented officers such as these two individuals.”
